Loft conversion

 A loft conversion is a smart way to expand internal living space without compromising valuable garden area. For this project, the bungalow was transformed by adding a generous master suite in the roof space, complete with a dressing area and ensuite. Careful consideration was given to the flow and feel of the new space, ensuring it integrated seamlessly with the existing home. Large roof lights and thoughtful window placement were incorporated to bring in ample natural light, creating a bright, calm retreat that feels both spacious and connected to the rest of the house. 

  This project involves converting the loft space above the existing garage into ancillary accommodation for the main house. The current stairs from the garage to the loft will be removed, and a new external oak staircase will provide a separate entrance to the space. The renovated loft will include a bedroom, bathroom, and a combined kitchen and dining area.
