This garage conversion transformed an underused space into a practical and stylish extension of the home. The new snug provides a comfortable retreat for relaxing, watching television, or spending time with family, featuring plenty of natural light and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Adjacent to the snug, the boot room offers valuable storage for coats, shoes, and outdoor equipment, helping to keep the main living areas organised and clutter-free.

A bespoke utility room was incorporated to house laundry appliances, additional storage, and workspace, creating a practical solution for everyday household tasks. Careful attention was paid to insulation, lighting, and finishes throughout, ensuring the converted space feels like an integral part of the home rather than a former garage.

The completed conversion delivers additional living accommodation without the need for a larger extension, adding both functionality and value to the property while enhancing the homeowners' day-to-day lifestyle.
