This project involves converting the loft space above the existing garage into ancillary accommodation for the main house. The current stairs from the garage to the loft will be removed, and a new external oak staircase will provide a separate entrance to the space. The renovated loft will include a bedroom, bathroom, and a combined kitchen and dining area.
