The project involves the design of a large steel-framed commercial building, incorporating functional internal spaces, durable external materials and appropriate insulation to support year-round use. Careful consideration has been given to the building's layout, access, fire safety, ventilation and Building Regulations requirements to ensure the finished design is both functional and compliant.
