Shop to mixed use space, Tideswell

 This project involved the change of use from commercial to residential classification. The property, originally arranged over three floors with one room per level, required significant restoration. Situated within a nutrient neutrality catchment, we worked closely with the Peak Park Authority to ensure compliance. The existing structure suffered from extensive damp, damaged timbers, and a compromised roof. Collaborating with the builder, we fully treated the damp, replaced all damaged timbers, and installed a new slate roof with roof lights to maximise natural light throughout the home.
