Roof, Buxton

Peak Building Design was appointed to prepare and submit a retrospective planning application for roof alterations to a property in Buxton, Derbyshire.

The project involved assessing the existing roof structure and preparing the necessary architectural drawings and supporting documentation to present the works accurately to the Local Planning Authority. Our role was to demonstrate how the roof alterations related to the existing property and its surrounding setting, taking into consideration the character of the building and the wider streetscape.

Retrospective planning applications require a considered approach, with clear drawings and a well-prepared submission to help the planning authority assess the development against relevant planning policies.
